AGEDI, Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, the United Nations Environment Programme, and the Centre for Environment and Development for Arab Region and Europe organised a training workshop on Integrated Environmental Assessment (IEA) for the National Reporting Toolkit (NRT) in December 2013. The report covers the workshop’s outcomes and its evaluation, among other key points.
The NRT is an automated online indicator-based report preparation and data sharing information system, aims to reduce the burden to just two critical inputs: data collection and subject matter expert interpretation. Armed with objective, timely information, leaders are able to make effective decisions that take the environment into consideration.
